From Protecting the Community to Building It

Moving to the United States as Ukrainian refugees in the late 90’s meant leaving our entire lives behind in an instant. Starting from scratch taught my family the true meaning of resilience, hard work, and what it takes to build something meaningful out of nothing.

Before launching into the world of real estate and construction, my career was rooted in a different kind of community service. As a retired police officer, I spent years dedicated to protecting and serving our local neighborhoods. That background taught me the true meaning of integrity, accountability, and what it takes to look out for people.

When I transitioned into real estate, I brought that exact same mindset with me. I realized that whether you are protecting a community or building a home within it, the core values remain the same: you operate with honesty, you show up when you say you will, and you treat people like family.

Growing Our Business, Rooted in Family

What started as a transition into real estate quickly grew into a passion for the entire home journey. Through dedication and a commitment to doing things the right way, we expanded our business to encompass everything from new construction, remodeling, and innovative design.
